[After all of the excitement of meeting the puppets, Blade can be found in the library. He is going through book after book, skimming the contents of the front page and setting them in one of two piles. One pile is massive, while the other contains maybe a dozen books.]

What a messy library...I'll have to clean it up when I'm done!

[ She's made her way here too, and observes him and his pile of books. ]

What are you looking for?

Information! I need to update my memory banks.

Sorry? Memory banks?

That's right.

[He does not explain further as he sets another book in the bigger pile.]

I should be able to process all of this information in about four days, assuming my memory writing speed isn't limited like my essence is. Then it will take a further five days to catalogue everything properly.

Week 1, Saturday

[Wow, that was fucked up!

Anyway he's just going to quietly collect Nozomi to lead her back to the boarding house and away from all of that mess. How is she doing?]

[Bad! She seems present, but she also seems like she's sick to her stomach and horrified.]

[Yeah no kidding, that was awful. Blade doesn't even have a stomach and he feels sick to it.

He will take her right to her door though, so she can at least be somewhere a little safer for now.]

[She brings her jacket sleeve up to her eyes to wipe away the tears.]

[A pause.]

...I don't feel things quite the same way as humans do. It makes it easier to deal with what happened.

But how are you doing? What can I do to help you?

[But so much was happening and so much was said.]

Week 2: Monday

[ It's so COLD. She's found an overcoat but she hasn't gathered her strength enough to walk back outside. ]

The weather's so much colder... These are seasons, right?

[Blade can fortunately move just fine. Unfortunately, he can't shut off his pain receptors for some reason, so the cold is getting to him too.]

It must be. We should sit by a fire to get warm.

Are there fire...places?

Surely there must be one somewhere! Or we can just build a fire outside.

We could also warm up inside for a bit. I don't know if it'll be that easy to find wood.

Warm up inside, okay! There's hot beverages, cozy blankets, maybe even a hot spring!

Week 3: Monday

[ She's found her way to the relaxation nook, looking through the room. ]

It's really cozy here, isn't it?

It does! We keep finding the coziest places here.

I kind of wish we had this last week... it would've been a nice place to get away from the cold.

It really would have been. But still, it's nice to have it now!
